this truck 4×4 trailer is driveable
truck is in truck store look for trailer_sideboard_2_4x4_truck
due to how the game works you cant use the front of the 4×4 trailer, to attach trailer when as truck. have to use winch
how to make road train, hook a truck to a normal trailer_sideboard_2, than winch to the trailer_sideboard_2_4x4_truck mod than hook a normal trailer_sideboard_2.
